Torkil Færø// House Calls/ Book signing at PUG BookCafé

He is both a photographer and a doctor, hence the tittle of his book /House Calls/. The work in the book is shot over a period of 1994-2007. Intense black and white images that are stories based on his travels in this period.  The introduction is by Arno Rafael Minkkinen.

He has built his experience through workshops with Morten Krogvold, Mary Ellen Mark, Keith Carter, Alex Webb, Anders Petersen, Arno Rafael Minkkinen, Giorgia Fiorio and Herdis Maria Siegert. He has also been included in the Internasjonale Reflexions Masterclass, by Giorgia Fiorio.

He continues to work on his travels, and in addition to stills he shots documentaries of his pilgrimage, first to  Camino to Santiago  and later  to Nidarosdomen in Norway. He  holds workshops in Perpignan and Morocco.

March 3rd he is leaving for  Morocco to hold two workshops, but he will be at PUG BookCafé to sign  his book. Come and meet him at Fotomessen//
